We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a Carer. The objective of this role is to actively participate in and supervise the delivery of care to our service users to meet their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs and ensuring choice, dignity, independence and respect in all that we do. 

Key elements of this role include the effective leadership of care staff through the organisation of your team whilst providing support and mentoring in all aspects of care.  You would be required to give carers guidance and support to effectively provide an appropriate care / support plan, amongst overseeing the requirements of our service users.

The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have relevant experience within the domiciliary care sector.  This role would be ideal for a candidate who shares the companies' values and is passionate about providing care to vulnerable groups.  You must be able to drive and have access to your own car, mileage will be reimbursed.
