We provide a fully flexible and tailored 24 hour care service ensuring people retain their independence and are able to stay in the comfort of their own home. The Care Workshop provides any type of assistance required, in any language for your personally chosen care solutions.  In addition we can also offer supplementary services by working alongside your current provision.

Our specialised care team has the benefits of better communication and flexibility, which we believe is important in developing a relationship with people that require care.  The Care Workshop are a specialised group in providing highly personalised care packages to suit each individuals request.  Therefore ensuring a person centered approach to care which benefits our clients and helps them enjoy a better quality of life.

  • Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
  • To contribute to the efficient running of the service
  • Support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community
  • Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed
  • Be responsible for informing the Care Coordinator of any changes in the needs of Service Users
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
 

 
The Care Workshop Ltd will help support you in your work by providing the appropriate training that you will be asked to complete.  This will help ensure you fully understand how to undertake your responsibilities.
