Our highly skilled team will always be committed to you and have the passion to always make your life easier. Our carers all undertake an ongoing development program, to ensure they are skilled to adapt to any situation and they are also regularly mentored and given additional support.   

Our carer induction program rigorously covers mental health training as its vital all our new carers participate in. At The Care Workshop, our carers will be able to recognise the effects of mental illness and will provide clients with a greater level of care.
